Intercultural Fluency, like holiness, is a discipleship issue. Following Jesus for leaders and churches of different ethnicities includes embracing and putting into practice the vision in the new creation of a “great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb” (Revelation 7:9).
