Rooted Youth

It is our desire to see the youth of Rooted grow deep roots in the Word of God, to find a safe community within the group to live, laugh and learn with and to have the opportunity to develop a broader reach to others in the community through service and fellowship.

If you have not filled out a permission form, please download and print off the file below, fill it out on BOTH sides and bring it to Youth Group on Thursday.  It is one form per family.
