Join us for a month of prayer and fasting through January.
Throughout the month, we are asking that you join together in praying for some shared prayer requests as well as personal requests you'd like to seek God about. We will be providing time for shared prayer each week, some space for personal prayer throughout the month, and a shared time of fasting. Here are some ways you can get involved and the shared requests we'd ask you to pray for.

Lakewood Corporate Prayer Requests:

That God would expose any roots or barriers holding back his work at Lakewood and provide necessary resources to carry out all that he has in mind.

That we, as followers of Jesus, would be all-in with him. That we would know Jesus well enough to trust him and overcome our fears.

That God would show us how he would have us expand our reach to Prince George and beyond.

That God would continue to move in our city, and that we and the other churches of Prince George would be places of repentance, healing, worship, and proclamation of the gospel.
Opportunities to Pray
- Weekly on Thursday evenings, 6:15-7:15pm
- During the week in the Sanctuary (call or email ahead to arrange a time)
- Concert of Prayer January 25 @6:30pm
Church-Wide Food Fast
We encourage those who are able to join us in fasting throughout January during each day until dinnertime.
Digital Disengagement
During our month of prayer and fasting, we want to encourage you to get off screens on Sundays, particularly making our worship services a 'phone-free zone,' but we'd also encourage you to be off it for the whole day to give yourself some freedom from the tyranny of our devices.
